Contact US Building Products before returning an item. Return eligibility depends on product condition, manufacturer rules, customization, and the time elapsed since delivery. Made-to-order, cut-to-length, installed, or special-order products may not be returnable.

Approved returns must be securely packaged and include the authorization provided by our team. Shipping charges and applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund.
